Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
